Quality control & acceptance
All control panels undergo inspection and functional testing prior to shipment. The customer is required to supply a written Acceptance Test Procedure. S&S Consulting executes all tests, documents results, and obtains sign-off before the unit is released for delivery.
Power & voltage verification Supply voltage, circuit breakers, and fuse ratings confirmed per drawings.
PLC & I/O functional test All inputs and outputs cycled and verified against customer I/O list.
Safety & protection check E-stop, safety relays, and contactor operation verified per spec.
Workmanship inspection Wire labeling, routing, terminations, and component placement inspected to IPC-A-610.
No unit ships without a completed, signed test record. If a test procedure has not been developed, this should be discussed and agreed upon during the quoting phase.
