Quality control & acceptance
All fixtures are inspected, tested, and calibrated prior to delivery. S&S Consulting executes the customer-supplied FCT procedure, documents all results, and obtains sign-off before the unit is released for delivery.
Power-on verification Voltage levels, sequencing, and protection devices confirmed per spec.
I/O checks All inputs and outputs verified against wiring drawings.
Continuity & insulation Point-to-point continuity and insulation resistance tested.
Functional verification System operated per customer procedure. Results recorded and retained.
No unit ships without a completed, signed test record. If a test procedure has not been developed, this should be discussed and agreed upon during the quoting phase.
