Quality control & acceptance
All wire harness assemblies undergo inspection and testing prior to shipment. The customer is required to supply a written Acceptance Test Procedure. S&S Consulting executes all tests, documents results, and obtains sign-off before the unit is released for delivery.
Continuity test
Every circuit tested point-to-point per wiring diagram.
Insulation resistance Insulation resistance verified - no shorts or leakage between conductors.
Connector seating & pull test All connectors fully seated, locked, and pull-tested per spec.
Workmanship inspection Terminations, routing, labeling, and strain relief inspected to IPC/WHMA-A-620.
No unit ships without a completed, signed test record. If a test procedure has not been developed, this should be discussed and agreed upon during the quoting phase.
